Obituary of Martin E. Kohrs

Martin E. Kohrs of Honesdale died Monday, August1, 2016. He was married to the late Shirley A. Kohrs. Martin was born in Milanville, Pa the son of the late August and Katherine Mahlstedt Kohrs. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Martin was a retired heavy highway equipment operator, as well as an avid outdoorsman. He is survived by two sons; Randal Kohrs and his wife Suzanne of Honesdale, Timothy Kohrs and his wife Jan of Honesdale; a brother, John Kohrs and his wife Helen of Milanville; two grandchildren, Kelsey Alison Kohrs of Kissimee, FL and Matthew Martin Kohrs of State College, Pa He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister, Arthur Kohrs, Henry Kohrs, and Mary Ann Kohrs. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are attended by the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home, 1228 Main Street, Honesdale, Pa.
