Obituary of Richard E. Staszewski

____________________________________________________________________________ Richard E. Staszewski, 53, of Lakeville, died Monday, October 31, 2011 in the Regional Hospital Of Scranton after an illness. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, the former Jo-Ann M. O'Heren. Born on July 2, 1958 in Norfolk, VA, he was the son of the late Richard and Kathleen Dennison Staszewski. Rich was an auto mechanic who enjoyed tinkering with and working on vehicles. Above all else, Rich enjoyed his grandchildren; they were his life. He is also survived by three children: Heather Staszewski of Honesdale, Timothy Staszewski of Lakeville, and Wendy Staszewski of Lakeville; three brothers: Butch Dennison and Robert Toms, both of Virginia, and Walt Staszewski of Honesdale; three sisters: Sheila Donnini of St. Louis MO, Christine Stull of Washington State, and Kathy Reed of Honesdale. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 12:30 P.M. in the Indian Orchard Cemetery. Friends may visit on Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon. Interment will be Saturday in Indian Orchard Cemetery.
