Marjorie A. Fritsch, 100, passed away at her home on Saturday, June 3, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander Fritsch in 2005. Born in Walkill ,N.Y.,daughter of the later Harrison and Bertha Bennett Hulseapple, she graduated from Middletown High School in 1934. She then attended the Flower 5th Avenue Nursing School in New York City where she received an RN degree. Marjorie loved being a nurse,homemaker, sewing,wife of a farmer and serving others. She enjoyed participating in church related activities at Tabernacle Bible Church. Marjorie loved traveling with her late husband and will be remembered as a wonderful homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of the Beech Grove Grange. Marjorie is survived by a son, Edward H. Fritsch, Honesdale; four daughters and two son-in-laws: Joanne Mignerey and her husband Albert, Honesdale, Rosemarie Cutler, Fresno, California, Linda Corey and her husband David, Cayuga, N.Y. and Bonnie Fritsch, Honesdale; many grand children, great grandchildren, with a total of 84. She was preceded in death by her son John (Jack) Fritsch,in 1997 and by three grandsons: Mark, John,Jr., and Donald Fritsch. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 17, 11 a.m, at the Tabernacle Bible Church, Grove Street Honesdale. A private interment service was held in the Bethany Cemetery. Memorial donation may be made to the Tabernacle Bible Church , 455 Grove Street, Honesdale, PA 18431 or the Wayne-Pike Child Evangelism Fellowship, P. O. Box 628, Honesdale, PA 18431-0628.
