Eleanor D. Gillow, 96 of Honesdale, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at Wayne Woodlands Manor. She was preceded in death by her husband Harland Gillow.

Born Sunday, September 30, 1928 in Indian Orchard, PA she was a daughter of the late William Kenneth and Edith (Harvey) Holbert. She graduated from the Honesdale High School and was employed as a seamstress at Katz Factory for many years. When she was able she attended the Crosspoint Bible Church, Honesdale.

Surviving are two daughters, Sandra Fotusky of Honesdale and Patricia Racht, of Waymart; 9 Grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; one sister, Barbara Hubert; and an aunt Chris Holbert.

She was preceded in death by two daughters Debra Skinner and Carla Masters, a grandson, Darrin Fotusky, a brother Donald Holbert and a sister Marlene Tolley.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crosspoint Bible Church, 111 Old Salem Pike, Honesdale, PA.

Private Interment will be in East Dyberry Cemetery.
