Richard C. Robinholt, 67, of Milanville, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at home, surrounded by loved ones.

Born October 14, 1958, in Callicoon, New York, he was the son of Franklin Robinholt and the late Marjorie (Blum) Robinholt.

Richard worked for Cochecton Mills early on and most recently at Honesdale Agway, where he worked for almost 29 years doing what he loved, working with flowers and interacting with the customers. Besides flowers, he also enjoyed working with animals and spent much of his spare time with longtime friends, Cathy and Ron Hunt.

In addition to his father Franklin, he is also survived by brothers: Gary Robinholt of Honesdale, and Carl Robinholt of Milanville; sisters: Carol Hopkins and her husband Mark of Rileyville, and Tammy Fasceski of Milanville; along with several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother, Marjorie, he was also preceded in death by brothers, Jerry Robinholt and Michael Robinholt, and sister, Linda Robinholt.

In accordance with his wishes, following cremation there will be no public services. Those wishing to make a memorial donation in memory of Richard, may do so to a charity of their choice.
