Obituary of Norman W. Kellam

Norman W. Kellam, 89, of Honesdale died Sunday, September 18, 2016 at home. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Goodman in 1992. Norman was born July 21, 1927 in North Galilee. He is the son of the late Elijah and Grace Kellam. Norman was carpenter and cabinet maker. He was a member of The Carpenter's Local #79 of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is survived by stepchildren, Barbara MacDowell and her husband Harold of Virginia and Gary Goodman and his wife Arlene of Honesdale; nieces and nephews: Ronald Highhouse and his wife Judy of Callicoon, Milton Highhouse of O'Fallon Illinois, Linda Gotham of Palm Coast, Florida, Wanda Ray of Worthington, Ohio, and Harold and Judy Gates of California; his longtime friend, Barbara Hotshkins of Masonville, NY; and several stepgrandchildren. He was also preceded in death by two sisters: Vera Highhouse and Eva Gates; and a niece, Patricia Haesche. In accordance with his wishes services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Private interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Galilee.»(Do not delete this line.
