Marion Bayly Obituary

Marion E. Bayly, 86 of Honesdale, died Tuesday, January 1, 2013 in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital. She was married to the late Robert Bayly who died in 2001. Born on July 23, 1926 in Torrey, Pa, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Elsie (Baker) Hartman. Marion had a heart of gold; she was a caring and loving person. She especially enjoyed flowers and her garden. Above all, she loved her family most. Survived by four daughters; Norma Schmidt and her husband Bill of Hawley, Patsy Mullen and her husband Bill of Honesdale, Susan Pykus and her husband Mark of Pleasant Mount, Tammy Hiller and her husband Kenny of Honesdale, three sons, Ronald Bayly and his wife Donna of Honesdale, Roy Bayly and his wife Doris of Honesdale, Jeffrey Bayly and his wife Teresa of Honesdale; eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; two brothers, Orvis Hartman and his wife Betty of Torrey and Christopher Hartman of Honesdale. She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Hartman and a grandson Bill Schmidt Jr. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 10:00 AM at the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home 1228 Main Street, Honesdale, PA 18431. Friends may visit on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be Saturday in Smith Hill Cemetery, Honesdale.
