Obituary of Betty A. Williams

Betty A. Williams, 70, of Honesdale, PA, died Wednesday, October 30, 2013 in the Regional Hospital Of Scranton after an illness. Betty was married to the late Joseph Tuleya who died in 1988. Born on June 12, 1943 in Rileyville, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ruth Bunting Heichelbeck. For many years Betty worked at the Ellen Memorial Health Care Center where was well known as the Administrative Assistant. She retired from Tuleya Refrigeration. Betty enjoyed ceramics, crocheting, and computers. She is survived by three sons, Joseph Tuleya of Honesdale, John Tuleya and his wife Lisa of Honesdale, Michael Tuleya and his girlfriend Stacey of Honesdale; a daughter, Tina Malys and her husband Matthew of Carbondale; a sister Marie Crocker of Honesdale; seven grandchildren, Ashley Verrill and her companion John Regal, Kyle Verrill and his wife Allie, Aleksa Malys, Marissa Malys, Travis Tuleya, Matthew Tuleya, and Alyssa Tuleya; one great grandchild, Madison Regal. She was preceded in death by a sister, Tammy Heichelbeck. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home, 1228 Main Street Honesdale, Pa with Joyce Thorne officiating. Friends may visit the funeral home on Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 PM. Interment will be Monday in Indian Orchard Cemetery, Indian Orchard.
