Terrence M. "Terry" Crane, 59, of South Canaan passed away peacefully after a courageous and hard fought battle from cancer, Sunday, January 19, 2014. He is survived by his loving and caring wife of 30 years, the former Gail Bauberger. Born in Paterson, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Alfred Crane and Eileen Doyle Crane, currently of Hawthorne, New Jersey. Terry graduated from Passaic County Technical & Vocational High School, in Wayne, New Jersey. He was a devoted and dedicated brother with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, a member of Local 102. He enjoyed spending quality time with his close and extended family, photography, hunting, gardening, and being outdoors, with his friend, Gary the Grouse. He is also survived by three children: Jessica Watson and her husband Mike of Keller, Texas, Michael Crane and his fianc Jennifer Stout of Winchester, Virginia, and Renee Crane and her significant other, Scott Corrigan of Peckville; three grandchildren: Mikayla, Aubry, and Chase; five siblings: Kevin Crane of Hawthorne, New Jersey, Eileen Gonzalez and her husband Edward of Langhorne, PA, Alfred "Buddy" Crane and his wife Louisa of Florida, Mary Lazor and her husband Robert of Hewitt, New Jersey, and Kathy Crane and her companion Tony Piazza of Montebello, New York; and many, many loved nieces and nephews. Friends may visit, Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Jenkins Funeral Home, 269 Belmont Street, Waymart, PA 18472 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at which time a celebration of life will begin. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
