Obituary of David E. Kahn

He was born on August 18, 1931 at the family homestead in Indian Orchard, Pa, son of the late David and Mary Edith Fitzstephens Kahn. David attended Honesdale schools. He was formerly employed at the Fisher Body Plant in Pontiac, Michigan. In October 1952 he enlisted in the United States Air Force. David served his country as an Assistant Crew Chief on KC 97 aircraft. After serving four years during the Korean War Conflict, he returned to employment at Fisher Body. In April 1959 David became employed at the Westinghouse Electric plant in Columbus, Ohio. He was a long time resident of Honesdale, Pa. David had no religious preference. Friends may visit on Monday, March 30, 2015 from 3:00-4:00 PM at the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home, 1228 Main Street, Honesdale, Pa. Burial will be private in the family plot at the Indian Orchard Cemetery.
