Morris was an amazing person, very complex. He was unique in his philosophy, it was "always" about the guest. He taught hundreds this way of business, who in turn taught hundreds more. He was hard and demanding but at the same time very compassionate. He always took care of people - including his guests- his team members all mostly always anonymously. He will be missed, and always remembered fondly
