Lloyd C. Reynolds, age 70, of Langhorne, died Saturday, August 8, 2015 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Langhorne, PA. Lloyd was born January 19, 1945. He is the son of the late Lynn and Irene (Lloyd) Reynolds. After graduating from Forest City High School he served as an airman in the United States Air Force. After his honorable discharge in 1967 he attended King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA where he received his B.A. in Data Processing in 1971. He had a rich career in information systems management, working for GTE Entertainment Products, ITT Aerospace/Communication, OSRAM Sylvania, and Lenox, Inc. For the last decade he has been the Director of Information Technology at Simkar, a Philadelphia-based corporation. He is survived by three children; Amy Linn Taylor of Centreville, VA, Adam Lloyd Reynolds and his partner Adam Grosswirth, of Jackson Heights, NY, and Lesley Carol Reynolds of Arlington, VA; a sister, Barbara Stiles of Advance, NC; a brother, Larry Reynolds of Atlanta, GA; two grandchildren, Kassidy and Kaelin Taylor; and several beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Lynn "Sonny" Reynolds. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 11:00 in the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home, 1228 Main Street, Honesdale. We are sad to say goodbye to our beloved father, brother, uncle, grandfather, cousin, friend, party planner, gardener, water gunner, bird watcher, and barbecue pit guru. He is greatly loved, and will be greatly missed. Friends may visit the funeral home on Friday, August 14, 2015 from 7:00-9:00 PM. Flowers may be sent to the funeral home or donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
