Martha A. Mang, 100 years old, of Honesdale, died Tuesday, September 13, 2011 in the Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale. She was preceded in death by three husbands: Walter J. Miller, Harold E. Olsen, and Harold E. Mang, Sr. Born on March 7, 1911 in Hackensack, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Rev. John Frederick Karl Riebesell and Meta Anna Catherine (Muller) Riebesell. Martha was a member of the Central United Methodist Church, Honesdale. She is survived by a granddaughter: Carol Ann Moser of Lakeville; seven great-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren through marriage; twelve great-great grandchildren; a nephew: John Riebesell; and a niece: Karen Zeliff. Of her marriage to Mr. Mang, she is survived by a step-son: Harold E. Mang, Jr. and his wife, Betty; seven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son: Orville W. Miller and his wife Delores; and a brother, Frederick and sister, Dorothy. Her granddaughter would like to thank everyone who helped take care of Grandma both at home and in the hospital. A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home 1228 North Main Street, Honesdale, PA 18431 with Rev. Julie Shaffer officiating. Interment will be in Little Falls, New York at a later date.
