Obituary of Carolyn J. Schlak

Carolyn Schlak passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Ellen Memorial Health Care Center, Honesdale.
She was married to the late Lim Schlak who passed away 13 years ago.
Born in California the daughter of the late Otto Schmidt and Myrtle Mae Schmidt on September 28, 1948.
Carolyn is survived by two sons, Lim Schlak of Arizona and Curtis Schlak of Texas; several grandchildren.
She was a member of the Honesdale Assembly of God Church and the pianist. Carolyn was a helper at the Senior Citizen's Center.
A memorial service will be held at the Honesdale Assembly of God, Church Street, Sunday May 15, 2016 at 6:00 PM. Memorial contributions can be made to the church in Carolyn's memory.
