Obituary of Phyllis A. Williams

Phyllis A. Williams a resident of Ellen Memorial Health Care Center, Honesdale died July 26, 2016 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. She was married to the late Robert Ostrander and the late Walter Williams, Jr. Phyllis was born in Calkins the daughter of Burton and Lavina Skinner Scott. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Phyllis is survived by three sons: Daniel Ostrander and his wife Diane of Honesdale, David Ostrander of Candia, New Hampshire, Walter Williams III and his wife Becky of Damascus; a daughter, Patricia McGinnis and her husband Peter of Honesdale; four grandchildren: Jadine Treibley, Jaquel Theis, Roberta Williams, Austin Williams. She was preceded in death by a son, Darryl Ostrander and brothers and sisters: Russell Scott, Chester Scott, Reva Slish, Lillian Sclaffer, Gladys Jenks, Billy Scott, Dorothy Bigelow, and Jean Vasconi. A graveside memorial service will be held in the Calkins Cemetery on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Bonnie Sheard officiating. Arrangements are attended by the Arthur A.
