Obituary of Brian Galtieri

Brian Galtieri aka Jason Blum, 37, of Equinunk passed away unexpectedly in his family home on Wednesday, November 6, 2019. He was born on November 30, 1981 at the Long Island Jewish Hospital. He was the adopted son of John William Blum of Equinunk, and Deborah Susan Lewis of Sellersville. He graduated from Wayne Highlands special education program in 2004 and enjoyed taking part in the work program at HRC for multiple years. Jason enjoyed superheroes, singing, going to the movies, joking and humor, and pumpkin pie. He also loved spending time laughing, visiting, eating, and having fun with his family. He was so full of love, life, and laughter. He is survived by his parents, John Blum and Deborah Lewis of Equinunk, and his two sisters, Amy Jo Blum of Equinunk, and Marykate Blum of Honesdale, formerly of Equinunk. He is also survived by multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins. Friends and family may visit from 12:00-1:00 PM on Saturday, November 30, 2019 followed immediately by his memorial service at 1:00 PM at Kingdom Life Church, 14 Country Road 132 Hankins, New York 12741.
