Obituary of Edward John Perkin

Edward John Perkin passed away peacefully on Thursday morning, December 31, 2020, at Julia Ribaudo Nursing Home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emmons Perkin and Stella Kappelmann Perkin and infant brother. He is survived by his wife Dianne Roesing Perkin and several cousins. Edward helped his parents operate their dairy farm and he drove truck for his father's trucking company. After graduating high school Edward went to college to become a diesel engine technician. He went to work at Marshall's Machinery where he was a long time employee and sales manager. Edward joined the Welcome Lake Fire Company at the age of 18 to become a dedicated member. Edward and his wife Dianne raised Polled Hereford Cattle. They were Edward's pride and joy. Due to Covid restrictions a private graveside funeral service was held at the Beach Lake Cemetery. Arrangements are attended by the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home 1228 Main Street, Honesdale, Pa
