John W. Fox passed away at home on July 16, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Villaume Fox.
John was born in Honesdale the son of the late Thomas and Ione Lockhart Fox. He graduated from Honesdale High School and worked as a house painter for many years until retiring.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a son and his wife, Eric and Sarah Fox of Nazareth; two grandchildren, Kaeden and Brynlee Fox; brothers, Thomas and his wife Janet Fox of Easton, William Fox of Illinois, and James Fox of Virginia; a sister, Kathleen Vaughn of Bethlehem; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 11:30 in the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home 1228 Main Street Honesdale, Pa with Pastor Adam Reinhardt officiating. The committal will follow in the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
