On Saturday, August 6, 2022 after a courageous battle with heart disease, Marvin Price, a life-long resident of Tyler Hill, Pa passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. He was 73. Marvin was born on January 15, 1949 in Honesdale, Pa the son of Clarence R. Price and Gloria Hansen. He attended Damascus one room school house. Marvin married Betty Price on February 11, 1967 and the couple would have celebrated their 55 wedding anniversary this year. He worked on the family farm but always considered his most important vocation as that of raising and caring for his family. Marvin was a dedicated and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. For enjoyment Marvin loved fishing , hunting, and hanging with his "Boys" at the Swago Hunting Club. He considered all the boys a part of the family. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Troy Price and Kenny Price both of Tyler Hill, Tammy Kellam and her husband James of Pine Mill, and Lynn Price and her companion Steve Powner of Beach Lake; 11 grandchildren: Eden, Kelsey, Christopher, Cameron, Madalyn, Autumn, Ariel, James Marvin, Drew, Devin, and Cortney Eleanore. He is survived by a brother, Randy Price and his wife Jean. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Swago Hunting Club 105 Steiner Road Damascus, Pa 18415 . Memorial donations can be made in Marvin's memory to the Damascus Ambulance Corps. PO Box 63 Damascus, Pa 18415 Arrangements are attended by the Arthur A.
