Barbara A. Tracy, 77 of Honesdale, PA, died Friday, April 27, 2012 in the Wayne Memorial Hospital after an illness. She was married to the late Sherwin Tracy who died August 15, 1982. Born on May 13, 1934 in Patterson, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Cornelius and Marie Weaver DeBonte. Barbara was very devoted to her family; and will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother, and great grandmother. She was fond of swimming, fishing, and reading. Spending time with her grandchildren was her greatest enjoyment. She is survived by three sons, Bobby Chrisler and his wife Karen of Dover, DE, David Chrisler and his wife Joanne of Fountain Hills AZ, and Mark Tracy and his wife Melissa of Damascus, Pa; ten grandchildren, Elizabeth Marie Chrisler, Jamie Lynn Chrisler, Daniel Chrisler, Amy Bonomolo and her husband Paul, David Chrisler and his wife Renee, Michael Chrisler, Julie Chrisler, Kayley Tracy, Matthew Tracy, Nathaniel Tracy; seven great grandchildren, Jade Elizabeth VanPatten, Anthony Bonomolo, Ashley Bonomolo, Austin Chrisler, Jonathan Chrisler, Kylie Chrisler, and Zachary Gledhill. She was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters, Gerald, Martin, Lorin, Eleanor, Robert, and Earl DeBonte; a grandchild, Brynna Marie Tracy. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, May, 6, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home, 1228 Main Street, Honesdale, Pa with the Rev. Debra Dailey officiating.
