Linnea M. Wik, 84, of Clarks Green, PA died Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at home after an illness.
Born in Finland, she was the daughter of the late Karl M. and Bertha Wik, following the death of her mother, Ida .
Linnea worked for many years in New York City in a supervisory position for several businesses. She was also an avid reader, and will be dearly missed by her family.
Linnea is survived by a brother, Floyd E. Bloomquist and his wife Linda of Winter Haven Florida; four sisters: Anita L. McCracken of Clarks Green, Ruth O'Neill and her husband John of Pleasant Mount, Miriam Dix-Murphy and her husband Robert of Tacoma, Washington, and Linda Bohl and her husband Ronald, also of Tacoma Washington; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 12:00 Noon in the Wheeler Hill Cemetery.
Friends may visit on Saturday from 11:00 to 11:30 A.M. in the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home 1228 North Main Street, Honesdale, PA 18431.
