Hazel Leona (Lee) Rake, 71, of Tyler Hill, PA passed away on July 5, 2024 in Wayne Memorial Hospital, after a short battle with an illness. Hazel's final wishes were to be cremated and brought home.

Hazel was born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey to Marcus and Gertrude (Cole) Peake. Hazel enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her great grandchildren, she also enjoyed watching the demolition derbies, especially those her son, granddaughter, and great grandson participated in.

Hazel is survived by her husband of 51 years, Floyd, of Tyler Hill. She is also survived by her children Jamie(girlfriend Brenda) of Equinunk, Jason (Ann) of Carbondale, Patrick (wife Eliece) of Taylor, Amanda of Damascus and Gary of Tyler Hill. As well as grandchildren, Emily, Michael, Martha, Josh, Kortney, and Autumn; and great grandchildren, Brantley, Aryabell, Dawson and Michael.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Marcus, Sandy, Helen and Jeff, as well as her youngest daughter Heather.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 4, 2024 from 12-4 at the Lookout Firehall 2625 Hancock Highway, Equinunk, PA.
