Carol Marie Weber, 81, formerly of Indian Orchard and Honesdale and for the last three years a resident at Wayne Woodlands passed away August 6, 2024 at the Wayne Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband John Weber who passed away December 6, 2009.

Born July 29, 1943 in Honesdale she was a daughter of the late William and Violet (Dunn) Budd. Carol was employed for 40+ years as a bookkeeper/secretary at W J Reining and Sons.

She was a member of the Beach Lake United Methodist church. Carol loved to make sequin calendars for her family and friends and also enjoyed puzzles and word searches.

Surviving are a sister Karen Rolston and her husband Stanley of Beach Lake; a brother Robert Budd and his wife Dorothy of Gordonville, PA and many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a sister Ruth Jenkins in October of 2014.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2024 from 12 Noon-3:00 PM at the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home 1228 N. Main St., Honesdale with the funeral service following at 3:00 PM.
