RIP, Marine. Billy worked with me at Naval Weapons Station Earle. We never had a more capable guy, or a harder worker. His standard was "excellence", period - nothing less. The Marines guarding the streets of heaven's scene just got reinforcements. Hope to be there for the May ceremony.
