The loss of any family member can be devastating, but the loss of someone whose life is really just starting crushes the soul, deeper than many realize. To the family of Ashley, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. May God comfort you during this very difficult time and be with everyone who loved this beautiful young woman.

I lived with Ashley at WCU in Tyson Hall & also was her roommate at the apartment we lived in on Walnut street. Ashley was one person that always made everyone laugh. She always made everyone laugh. She will be missed greatly.

Ashley was the light of any room she was in. I will miss her smile and her laugh and her stubborn streak. She would never give up on anything she was passionate about. As we always ended any conversation... I love you beautiful!!

Ashley was one of the most genuine people I have ever met. From her witty lines to her beautiful smile, she just made things fun. I worked with her at Longhorn and I will always remember when i came back to work the big hug she gave me to welcome me back. When I saw she was at work I knew it was going to be a great shift because she would keep us all smiling and laughing. God bless you Ashley. Fly high girl and tell Bob Marley I said hi.

I am so sorry for the passing of Ashley. She was the kindest and fun person to know. She was a good friend of my son Jimmy Pitman who also works at Longhorn. She visited our house several times and always shared her candy! She was selfless as said in her obituary. Her passing really touched me and I felt so sad, she was so young and full of life. I would see her at Longhorn and always spoke to her or said Hi whenever we ate at Longhorn. I am sending my prayers and condolences to her family and friends. I am truly sorry!
